Semillon Yorkville Highlands, 2019
Bordeaux-style White

Semillon Yorkville Highlands, 2019
The great noble grape of Bordeaux finds a home in the warm climate of Yorkville Highlands, south of the Anderson Valley. Often used to counteract Sauvignon Blanc’s acidity and add richness, the Semillon on its own is a force to be reckoned with. This wine can age for another 5-7 years easily.

Zinfandel Fashauer Vineyard, 2014
California Zinfandel

Zinfandel Fashauer Vineyard, 2014
This is leaner and fresher than its counterparts in warmer appellations and almost brings you back to the Italian heritage of Zin’s parents, the Primitivo variety. We’re talking bright red fruits of strawberry, wild berries, red flowers, and a hint of herbs. The palate is fresh and intense with tons of acidity -- yes, acidity -- and can rock with all the things! Pasta with meat sauce, strong cheeses, duck, lamb, spicy Mexican dishes, and even turkey.

California Rosé

Rosé Pinot Noir Docker Hill Vineyard, 2015
"Color is a light salmon, nose expresses wet stone, floral notes - rose petals - white nectarine, and on the palate. It’s sturdy. This expresses Pinot noir more than rosé. You get the mouthful from the barrel fermentation. Not tannic at all, not much astringency. Really just density, and a lot of spice character. Wet stone follows all the way through the long finish.
